Paths for All's new project will support people with dementia and their carers to benefit from walking and physical activity.

Paths for All have recently started a three year project funded by The Life Changes Trust, to develop their existing walking networks to be dementia friendly.

They know that everyday walking brings benefits to the health and wellbeing of everyone, everywhere.

Research also tells us that walking can benefit people living with dementia and can include social, mental, and physical health improvements, which can ultimately be life enhancing.
