The CSGN focuses on the positive role that access to quality greenspaces has on people’s health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
From community growing initiatives to active travel infrastructure, these projects support the places, communities and individuals that are experiencing the greatest level of health disadvantage.
The CSGN facilitates projects that deliver the following actions
This pilot project created six therapeutic gardens and one forest garden in West Central Scotland over a three-year period. It created bespoke, vibrant, green spaces in a range of residential settings, for adults with Additional Support Needs (ASN), as well as their support staff.
