Community Greenspace Network

greenspace scotland has been awarded an Investing in Ideas grant from the Big Lottery to explore if there is a need for what a community greenspace group network for Scotland and if so what it could/should look like. When we say “Community greenspace groups” we mean all sorts of groups involved in all sorts of greenspace, they could be Friends of Parks groups, community growing groups, local environmental groups, Development Trusts, Climate Challenge groups and "In Bloom" groups.

In order to find out we are facilitating two events for community greenspace groups – one in Edinburgh and one in Glasgow. There will also be an opportunity to feed into a survey later on.

More details are available on the greenspace scotland website and the event flyer.
